The systems to be delivered are commonly pre-installed and pre-configured by CHILI, either on new hardware or in virtual machines. Our experienced technicians will promptly be able to complete any onsite installations.
After the installation, the monitors commonly have to undergo acceptance testing according to DIN V 6868-57, DIN 6868-157 and the teleradiology systems according to DIN 6868-159. The technicians or users of the customer will be trained for future consistency testing. CHILI will provide the required software and measuring tools.
After an experienced application specialists has accompanied the regular operation, the system will enter routine operation. From this point onwards, the CHILI Support team will provide further support for the customer regarding any questions concerning the operation, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting, and will also install updates and upgrades.
