The Telemedical Records is a portal for a patient-oriented view on a patient's case data. Users access to patient data using a web browser and are able to share them with other users of the system.

It is possible to configure individual forms for the records.

Any file types can either be filled out interactively or uploaded by web upload and attributed to cases. Moreover, the record is able to receive data per DICOM or HL7 from other information systems and to export them.

User scenarios are telemedical case records or  Remote Data Entry Systems (RDE) for clinical trials.

The extended administration involves a web-based editor for the generation and modification of data structures and forms for  telemedical records.  New forms are prepared by trained staff from the customer or by CHILI based on a service contract.

Features

  • Electronic Medical Record with medical images
  • Collect, view and administer patient data
  • Upload and download DICOM images
  • Forwarding of patient data and images to referring and consulting physicians
  • Specialist consultation workflow for easy communication among experts
  • User administration with individual user rights

  • Visualization and interpretation (with validated monitor)
  • Can be integrated into other information systems
  • Image compression (precompressed or dynamically during data transmission)
  • Encrypted data transmission between server and client
  • Operating system-independent and browser-independent

Benefits

  • Alleviation of workload for IT, since no installation is required on clients
  • Internal and external availability of all images
  • Ideal for teleradiology according to German x-ray ordinance
  • Availability of images and reports for referring physicians

This viewer is an operating system-independent web viewer for mobile terminal devices e.g. iPad, iPhone (Apple) or devices with Android operating systems. It supports both medical users and PACS administrators at the institution and on the way.
