Based on the 24 ratings the company received over the past two years, CHILI reached an excellent rating of 4.63 out of 5 stars in average.

Looking at the software producer’s positive feedback, the concept seems to work. All employees that have written a review recommend working at CHILI.

“I appreciate that all colleagues work together like a family. Some of us have been working here for a very long time already. We are happy for each other’s success and the managers understand themselves as our mentors,” says Katrin Müllner, marketing at CHILI.

“For me it is exactly the right mix of innovative products and friendly colleagues,” adds Jens Engelhardt from the sales department.

Approximately 900,000 company profiles were evaluated for the survey of which 3,000 qualified for the Top Employer rating.

At least ten employer reviews were required, leastwise five of them since January 1, 2018. From these, a rating average of at least 3.5 stars and a recommendation rate of 70% had to be achieved. Furthermore, the company must be located in Germany. Since only employers of medium-sized companies were considered for the top list, the company size should be between 11 and 500 employees.

“Since our foundation over 20 years ago, we have grown steadily and have always been able to count on our employees. Together we might even make it into the Top 100 next time,” praises Dr. Uwe Engelmann, CEO at CHILI.
